Please take note of following -
- First and foremost thing is that the will has to be a registered will which is properly stamped and notarised and been drafted by an advocate,
- That will has to has signatures of two witnesses.
If possible, get the forensic lab report as well of the will so that in case in future there is any dispute in respect to same then by that report one can prove that the will is genuine, which was signed by the actual parties and on the date as mentioned in the will.
